Course on style, technique, and body movement

This course is designed to significantly improve the dancing style. It is focused on developing and improving the students´ expression and technique.

Contenido:

• Warming-up
• Improving salsa dancing technique (adequate weight shift, rotation, circular movement when performing Cuban figures as a typical characteristic of casino dancing style)
• Individual styles´ elements. Joint combination of steps with style´s elements
• Couple dancing practice.

Requisitos:
Intermediate, or advanced, salsa dancing level.
Resultados:

At the end of the course, the students are able to dance salsa in a much more authentic way, mastering elements of style and techniques of other dances to adequately combine them (especially Afro Cuban dancing movements to improve the style of individual dancing).

Duracion:
A minimum of 15-hour course. Maximum of 3-hour lesson per session.
